Return & Refund, Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Our products, under the brand name aranm, are shipped within 24 hours of order placing.
• Estimated delivery time is within 3-5 days.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 5 days. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at jaranm22@gmail.com.

Terms & Conditions:

• The product should be in its original condition.
• Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit.
• An email should be sent immediately to jaranm22@gmail.com with details (order number, full name, address, and description) if you want to initiate a return.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation request can be done within 24 hours of placing the order before Dispatching Your Product to you. If the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.

Note: If a prepaid order gets RTO (Return to Origin) due to non-acceptance or non-availability, you will be provided with a refund within 7 days of receiving the undelivered product.
